My hope is to see you flourish interiorly, and arrive at a deeper place of connection with the important people in your life, including your relationship with God, if it is important to you.

Maybe like you, complexities in my life, unexpected challenges and hard experiences had started to take their toll, but I believed I would work things out eventually, I wanted prayer and time to be enough to fix things. But blindspots kept me from making real progress, and getting to the source of my suffering.

It doesn’t matter how well trained you are, how much experience you have, or even how many prayers you do, when it comes to working through your own stuff, healing wounds, transforming the way you think, or growing in virtue- you can’t do it alone.

Many sincere, good-hearted people feel stuck despite their massive efforts and desires to improve, because they too have blind spots, which don’t jive with how we prefer to be managing life.

For this reason I took a deep dive into learning a unique model of accompaniment through the Catholic Psych Institute, USA. They trained me to provide a psychologically integrated form of Accompaniment —known as ‘Mentorship’. This is not advice from a distance, or support once a fortnight, it is daily. A reflective space, where any blindspots can gently surface, and be noticed, alongside meeting any emotional needs.
